Tulcea County through the Tulcea County Council implements the project ""Einterconnected and interoperable digital cosystem - UAT Tulcea County", SIPOCA/SMIS CODE: 1207/154551. The project is co-financed by the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 "Accessible and transparent public administration and judicial system", Specific Objective 2.1"The introduction of common systems and standards in the local public administration that optimizes beneficiary-oriented processes in accordance with SCAP.
The object of the contract to be awarded consists in the implementation of the cloud-based infrastructure for the debureaucratization of the institution's processes (front office -back office) within Tulcea County. The services will consist in the implementation of the interconnected and interoperable inter-institutional digital ecosystem (including the inter-institutional communication mode, the collaborative work platform, the identity management platform, theof remote electronic signature, shared databases) intended for the management of the institution's activity.
