Through this procedure, it is intended to award an advance contractd objective Services for the implementation of an extended electronic services IT system, related to the project "Simplified procedures for reducing bureaucracy through digitization in the municipality of Piatra Neamț", COD SIPOCA 1245/MySMIS2014 155229.
This is a continuation of the project "Development ofthe activity of strategic planning and implementation of an integrated IT system in the municipality of Piatra Neamț" code SMIS 136304, for the establishment of a high-performance management system for the fulfillment of the institution's mission and local, national and community strategies, to be implementedthe following:
●Electronic signature of financial-accounting documents - Integration of the electronic signature into the Financial Accounting Program in the institution (ERP);
●Extension of online services for other departments connects citizens and the elements implemented within the institution by tryingto provide a connection with users, completed with GIS technology regarding the management of new databases and access to old databases within a reconstructed portal with a high operating speed and response;
