- In order to carry out the contract with the object of the Implementation Services of an IT system to optimize the procedures and workflows for the project "Digital Ecosystem interconnected and integrated within the UAT Municipiu Adjud" which is the subject of the purchase, it is necessary to provide athe following activities:
•Stage 1 - Implementation of an inter-institutional interconnected and interoperable digital working ecosystem
•Stage 2 - Customization of 10 essential institutional processes for DAS Adjud activity
•Stage 3 - Improving the level of knowledge and skills of staffof the institutions
The implementation of the project is a measure intended to counterbalance the rudimentary level of use of digital means of communication in the relationship between the institution and citizens, as well as the extremely low level of digital skills of the population. Currently at the common levelnity, the way of interaction is over 98% on paper, the level of digital skills of the population being rudimentary even among the younger population (Adjud Municipality Development Strategy). Communication is dependent on physical travel to the institution's headquartersand which is often significantly hampered by weather conditions and access routes.
