Description:
The purpose of the investment is to increase the quality of the electric energy transport service and increase safety and redundancy in the supply of users of the electric transport network, amplifying the power of the 110 kV and 10 kV stations considering the increase in energy capacitiesof the distribution operators in the Bucharest area, the flexibility of the operation scheme in order to prevent the occurrence of congestion in the event of a breakdown and in the event of an increase in the production of the wind power plant.
As part of the investment work, 2 units of 250 MVA 400/110/20 transformers will be installedkV that will achieve power amplification at the level of the Bucharest South Station and will achieve the flexibility of the power supply scheme through the direct connection between the 400 kV and 110 kV stations. In order to connect these transformation units, 400 kV and 110 kV classical isolation cells will be installedpectively in SF6, the command, control, protection and metering system related to these transformation units and newly installed cells will be realized.
The SCADA integration of the new transformation units will be realized.
The purchase is necessary to achieve the following objectives: the amplification of theoperating hours and increasing the degree of safety in supplying consumers so that eventual incidents have a reduced impact on them.
