- Considering the activities to be carried out within the Team UP project, namely seminars and training courses, the following will be purchased: minimum 13,850 pieces of promotional material packages / maximum 17,050 pieces of promotional material packages (consisting of: pen, map, brochure, blocknotebooks, rucksack, umbrella, external battery - for participants in the training course: minimum 11,800 and participants in the dissemination seminars: 2050), to be distributed to the participants of these events. In addition, a number of 50 pcs will be purchased. roll-ups (which, also, vor is the subject of the first subsequent contract) to be used at the seminars to be organized in the country and at other events as well as a minimum number of 26,500 pcs. leaflets / maximum 80000 pcs. leaflets and at least 4,700 pcs. posters / maximum 15000 pcs. recruitment posters to be usedby the partners (DGASPC) for the continuation of information and publicity efforts at the local level.
The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
