- This contract is intended for the design, installation of Photovoltaic Power Plants and connection to the electrical installations for use by APASERV SATU MARE SA at 24 sites.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 150, paragraph (1) of Law no. 99/2016, the Contracting Entity will resort tothe division into 5 lots of this procurement procedure.
The objectives for which it is proposed to implement installations intended for the production of green energy from renewable sources (solar), are the following:

LOT no. 3: 1. Tasnad Well Pumping Station; 2. St.Epurare TΔΘnad
LOT no. 4: 1. NegreΕti-OaΕ Water Plant; 2. St.Epurare Negresti-Oas; 3. Mr. Orchard Water;4. St. Epurare Livada; 5. GA Halmeu
LOT no. 5: 1. St. Epurare TurΘ; 2. St.Epurare GherΘa Mare; 3. St Epurare BΔtarci (Sirlau); 4. GA1 Tarna Mare; 5. St.Epurare Valea Vinului; 6. Gosp.ApΔ Valea Vinului
