Deadline for receipt of requests for clarifications: 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers indicated in the notice of participation, according to art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016.
The deadline for responding to requests for clarifications: the NBR will fully respond to all requests for clarifications, only once, on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The BNR will only respond to requests for clarification sent through the SEAP interment untilla data limita stabilita.
