- Acquisition of an integrated IT system for the simplification of administrative procedures regarding shared competences, in order to implement the project "Simplification of administrative procedures in the field of shared competences, at the level of the municipality of Hunedoara". Reduction of bureaucracy and simplefication of administrative procedures, both for citizens and the business environment, as well as at the internal and intra-institutional level, are of a nature to make the activity of the public administration more efficient (from the perspective of costs and reaction time) and to increase the degree of transparency and integrity inthe provision of services, contributing at the same time to increasing the degree of satisfaction of the citizen and to improving the image of the public administration. Thus, through this project, an alternative to the classic way of delivering services managed by the municipality is offered, by taking over the documentof information and data in electronic format from citizens / business environment, aiming to increase the range of services offered in the electronic system, extended availability of electronic services to citizens, increasing efficiency in handling requests.
