- The object of the procurement consists in the provision of:
"Integrated IT system for managing the company's resources and managerial reporting"
The deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or informationadditional information regarding the Allocation Documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
EC establishes 2 deadlines in which it will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information, as follows:
• EC will respond in a first term20 days before the deadline for submission of offers for all requests for clarification addressed by economic operators in the interval from the publication of the Announcement and until the date on which the deadline is fulfilled 30 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
• EC will respondin a 2nd period 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers for the rest of requests for clarifications addressed 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. EC reserves the right to publish the answers to the clarifications in this 2nd term for which answershould be published by the first deadline indicated above.
The 2 deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to address requests for clarifications during the entire period that elapses from the moment of publication of the participation announcement until the 18th... - Documents :
