- The general objective of the project financed from non-reimbursable funds consists in increasing the administrative capacity of the organizational structure of the services of the Senate of Romania through measures to simplify the provision of services to beneficiaries, supported by the implementation of informed solutionsinnovative ice. The contract to be awarded following this procedure involves: -Purchase of an integrated software platform, Professional IT Services, Services regarding training programs, Archiving Services, Data replacement Services.
Economic operatorswill be able to request clarifications 15 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, with the contracting authority clearly and fully responding to all requests for clarifications/additional information at least 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
