- The acquisition of international transport services from the territory of the United States of America (USA) to the territory of Romania and return (Freight Forwarder) for a period of 24 months, with the following specific activities (without being limited to):
- storage, containerization , packaging, packing and palletizinghas, the centralization of information on parcels, air transport
- preparation of import/export license applications and final recipient declarations by product type and country of origin in order to obtain import/export approvals from the competent authorities (ANCEX, CNCAN, ISCIR, OCIEPS etc.), for pthe goods that will be delivered/exported according to the LOA agreements concluded between the Government of the United States of America - Department of Defense and the Government of Romania - Ministry of National Defense and for other military products.
- drawing up documents necessary to obtain from the Control Office of iof imports and exports of special products, operating within the General Directorate for Armaments (OCIEPS), of certificates for military equipment, necessary for the suspension of import customs duties.
- obtaining the necessary documents regarding obtaining customs clearance.
- obtainingthe VAT deferral certificate.
- delivery of parcels to the addresses indicated by the Contracting Authority, after obtaining customs clearance.
