Description:
ADR SV Oltenia proposes to conclude contracts for the purchase of various equipment and inventory items (desktop computers, laptops, monitors, monochrome multifunctional, file and backup servers) for the smooth running of the activity of ADR SV Oltenia for ROP 2014-2020, Fr.SV 2021-2027 and for the Regional Marketing Department, the Administrative Department and the IT Department, from the ADR budget. A bidder can submit a bid for 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 4 lots. The contracting authority can award 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 4 contracts to the same tenderer, yesthat he is declared the winner for each of the 4 lots. The submitted offers will be individual for each lot separately. All products will be delivered in one tranche/lot/contract. The buyer will issue firm orders for each lot.
Delivery terms of the products they makethe subject of these contracts are a maximum of 60 calendar days from the date of the firm order from the contracting authority for lots 1, 3, 4 but no later than 15.12.2023 and a maximum of 90 days but no later than 15.12. 2023 for lot 2, at the beneficiary's headquarters or whatthe other ADR SV Oltenia offices, as will be specified in the firm order. The products will be delivered together with the following documents: warranty certificate, conformity/quality certificate, based on delivery-receipt PV, accompanied by certificates of origin.
