- The following are to be purchased, according to the requirements of the Specifications:
In order to implement some measures to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Ploiesti City Hall, the Ploiesti Municipality signed the financing contract no. 429/17.09.2019 for the "Information solutions inorganized for the optimization of administrative activity, the increase of competences and the level of quality of public services for citizens and the business environment at the level of the Municipality of PloieΘti", Code SMIS 129737, financed by the Administrative Capacity Operational Program
Within the contractfor Lot 1 which will be awarded in the procurement procedure through an open auction, the implementation of an access, processing and storage Platform within the PloieΘti Municipality UAT will be carried out, by supplying the equipment and performing ancillary operations, in accordancewith the requirements of the specifications.
Within the contract for Lot 2 which will be awarded in the framework of the open tender procurement procedure, the implementation of an IT solution will be carried out within the PloieΘti Municipality UAT, through:
-The provision of software licenses, in accordance withthe requirements of this specification. The contracting authority will be able to benefit from these immediately after the completion of the installation and preliminary configuration services;
