Description:
The purchase will be made in order to conclude some supply contracts, as follows:
- Lot 1: Ku-Band RF Subsystem - 1 cpl - estimated value 1,294,117.65 lei without VAT;
- Lot 2: X-band RF Subsystem - 1 pcl - estimated value 352,941.18 lei without VAT;
- Lot 3 Subsystem RF switching - 1 pcl - valueis estimated 831,932.77 lei without VAT;
- Lot 4 Subsystem modems - 1 cpl- estimated value 331,932.77 lei without VAT
Information regarding the receipt of requests for clarifications and the transmission of answers to requests for clarifications:
After the publication of the announcement of participation of bidders pot address requests for clarifications to the Procedure Details/Questions section.
Answers to requests for clarifications are made in accordance with art. 160-161 of Law 98/2016.
- Deadline for requesting clarifications to the award documentation: 17 days before the deadline from ofsubmission of offers.
-Date of response to all requests for clarifications received within the deadline: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
The procedure will be carried out by UM 02415 Bucharest as the contracting authority and will complete by closingsupply contracts between product suppliers declared winners for each individual lot and beneficiary, according to the contract model in the award documentation.
