Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of IT equipment (portable HDD, memory stick, USB multihub, mouse, headphones, external HDD (NAS)) necessary for carrying out in optimal conditions the activities of the staff of the Romanian Court of Accounts - the Audit Authority involved in the Fr.of the project "Supporting the Audit Authority in the exercise of legal duties", project code RO-BG827.
The purchase will be carried out entirely by electronic means, in a single stage.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 15 days.
Authorthe contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
The provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions and art. 27 of the Annex to H.G.no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
