IT services for the development of an electronic monitoring system Strategy for SIPOCA 730, within the project "Strategic framework for the development of the infrastructure of public policies carried out by the DRP"
The purchase of IT services will contain an electronic system that will include 2 modules:
1. REGISTRATION MODULEUSER/ENTITY INSTALLATION and FUNDING
•Submodule: Registration
•Submodule: Non-reimbursable funding within the funding sessions, established by the Funding Guidelines
oComponent: Projects Program
oComponent: Grants Program
oComponent: Own Shares Program
oComponent: Scholarship Programe
Each submodule and component will have submission, communication, and deployment sections. The developed application will offer the possibility of further adding new components (eg contracting, monitoring). These later additions are not the subject of this purchase.
2. MONITORING MODEOF THE STRATEGY OF ROMANIANS EVERYWHERE AND THE PLAN FOR PRIORITIZATION OF INTERVENTIONS;
according to the specifications.
