- The general objective of the project is to develop a high-performance management and facilitate access to the services offered by the Harghita County Council, by reducing bureaucracy, increasing the efficiency, transparency and integrity of the services offered to citizens as a result of the implementationan electronic services platform for the citizens of Harghita County. The project will contribute to the simplification of procedures, the introduction of digital tools for the provision of electronic services, the retro-digitization of documents, rapid access to information and the reduction of bureaucracy forthe citizens of Harghita County by implementing the electronic services platform for citizens DIGIT-HR, at the level of Harghita County.
