- Laundry and dry cleaning services according to the requirements of the Specifications.
A. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information inthe link with the award documentation is a maximum of 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional informationon the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will make AC unable to provide an answer within the deadline mentioned in point B. and as a result any request for clarification in afara termenelor mentionate se va consideraTARDIVA.
