Description:
Through this purchase, the acquisition of liquid nitrogen is pursued because it is necessary for the evacuation of drilling fluids or other special operations performed at the wells, for example, washing operations, acidification, leveling with nitrogen
of the wells performed with flexible tubing, leveling and cleaning operationscountry of the wells as well as of the adduction pipelines or cementing pipe columns.
Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional informationmentation the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates will be 18 days. At the same time, according to the legal provisions in force, any economic operator hasthe right to request clarifications regarding the content of the award documentation and implicitly regarding the contractual clauses (which are part of the award documentation) 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
