Description:
The need of the contracting authority is to acquire "Forestry exploitation and log transport services, IV 2023" in order to:
-Ensure wood material for the population, for the consumption of local interest units financed in whole or in part from the state budget - schools, kindergartens,nurseries, sanitary units, military and police units, town halls and others;the purpose of maintaining the appropriate phyto-sanitary status;
-Application of Law no. 175/2017 and Law no. 46/2008 Forestry Code;
-Transportation of assortments from the primary platform to temporary/definitive warehouses in order to avoid blocking the DAF and the depreciation of the wood material.
