- The object of the contract is the supply of products - LOT 1 - "Non-polluting minibus (electric) - 1 piece" and LOT 2 - "Recharging points for electric vehicles - 4 pieces" according to the requirements set out in the Specifications.
A. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 8 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 authoritythe contractor will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 6th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will make AC unable to provide an answer inrmen mentioned in point B. and as a result any request for clarification within the mentioned terms will be considered LATE.
-The estimated value of lot 1 - "Non-polluting minibus (electric) - 1 piece" is 1,230,675.00 lei without VAT;
-The estimated value of lot 2 - "Vehicle recharging pointselectric vehicles - 4 pieces" is 492,270.00 lei without VAT.
