- LOT 1 Public sheltering services for animals subject to the sheltering order; LOT 2 Collection, transport and neutralization services of dead animals, from the households of individual animal breeders, within the Arad county.
LOT 1 According to Art. 24^3 par.(2) from Law no. 205/2004 on the protection of animals, services of capture/taking/lifting, emergency veterinary assistance, including surgery, transport, accommodation, feeding, deworming, vaccination and animal disease control can be ensured through one or more of the followingthe following methods:
a) the organization and operation of own shelters, sanitary-veterinary registered under conditions established by order of the president of the National Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Authority;
b) concluding contracts with zoos, aquariumspublic and rehabilitation and/or care centers for wildlife animals, including those owned by non-governmental animal protection organizations;
c) entering into contracts with shelters for stray dogs or other shelters for domestic animals, includingthose owned by non-governmental organizations for the protection of animals. In the current conditions, the optimal option for ensuring these services is considered to be the conclusion of contracts with authorized suppliers according to points b) and c).
