Description:
The project proposes the development of the administrative capacity of MIPE by creating and developing a unitary framework for performance management at MIPE level and supporting institutional reforms, in accordance with the "Action plan for the phased implementation of quality management in automotiverity and public institutions 2016-2020", accompanied by the implementation of innovative IT solutions for the evaluation and monitoring of quality management.
The specific objectives of the project:
OS1. Increasing organizational performance through the implementation of the self-assessment tool of moof the operation of public administration institutions (CAF) in MIPE, in accordance with the Action Plan for the staged implementation of quality management in public authorities and institutions 2016-2020.
OS2. Increasing the efficiency of the services offered by the MIPE structures through imimplementation and certification of SR EN ISO 9001:2015 and some IT applications supporting quality management.
OS3. Increasing the efficiency of the services offered by the MIPE structures through the implementation and certification of SR EN ISO 9001:2015 and some IT support applicationsquality management.
