Description:
The object of the purchase is maintenance and repair services to ensure the operation within the project parameters of 8 York manufacturing refrigeration units from Units 1 and 2 CNE Cernavoda, within a contractual period of 48 months.
The refrigeration units/equipment have followedother technical characteristics:
-Equipment type: Centrifugal Liquid Chiller;
-Manufacturer: YORK;
-Equipment model:
YK FC FB H6 5CQ E (Unit 1);
YK FC FB H4 5CQ ES (Unit 2).
- Requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation will be sent by opeconomic errors at least 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
- The contracting entity's response to these requests for clarifications will be sent 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers, insofar as the requests for clarifications or information Extrasentries were addressed within the stipulated term, in accordance with art. 173 of Law no. 99/ 2016 with subsequent amendments.
