- The services that are the subject of the purchase consist of repair services for the Hydrogen Monitoring System in the existing Reactor Building at Units 1 and 2 of CNE Cemavodă for a period of 48 months (effective delivery).
- Requests for clarifications or additional information in relationround with the award documentation will be sent by economic operators at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers;
- The contracting entity's response to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers , in accordance with art.173 of Law no. 99/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, to the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the deadline provided above.
The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications received within the deadline above.
