Description:
Purchase of vehicle repair and maintenance services, i.e. periodical inspections, ITP, repairs (including replacement of spare parts), tire storage and vulcanization, breakdown/towing/transport, as the case may be, for vehicles from the National Bank of Romania's fleet in accordance with the requirements of the specifications and for the contract performance periods, specified for each individual contract separately.
Deadline for receiving requests for clarifications: up to 15 calendar days before the deadline set for submitting offersr, according to art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, amended and supplemented.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information only once, 10 calendar days before the deadlinefee for the submission of offers according to the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarification sent by the interested economic operators through the intermediaryl SEAP, until the deadline set for the transmission of clarification requests.
