- The contracting authority intends to purchase maintenance services for the building "Administrative Center for the production and utilization of registration plates, vehicle records, driving licenses and car examination", located in Șos. Pepper, no. 49, sector 2, Bucharest, foru a period of 24 months. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement for the 24-month period is 1,269,600.00 lei without VAT. The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement for the 12-month period is 634,800.00 lei without VAT. The contracting authority will answer clearly and completelyrequests for clarification/additional information no later than the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers to the extent that they were addressed within the deadline provided for in Section I, i.e. 18 days before the deadline for submitting offersr.
