Description:
Maintenance services for the Hipocrate integrated IT system.
A 36-month framework service agreement will be concluded. The frequency and value of the contracts that will be awarded: subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or as required by the authority toand the allocated budget funds.
Quantity min. Framework agreement: 24 months. Estimated value min. Framework agreement 699,600.00 RON.
Maximum quantity Framework agreement: 36 months. Estimated value max. Framework agreement 1,049,400.00 RON.
Minimum amount Subsequent contract: 1 month. for subsequent: 29.150.00 RON.
Maximum quantity Subsequent contract: 12 months. Estimated value max. for subsequently: 349,800.00 RON.
The deadline by which any operator can request clarifications or additional information regarding the award procedure is 20 days, before the deadline for submittingof offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98 /2016.
