Description:
maintenance services for low current systems at AIHCB, according to the specifications.
The estimated value without VAT is 6,826,500.00 euros without VAT, of which:
-6,226,500 euros without VAT for maintenance services.
- 600,000.00 euros without VAT, fixed value, for the installation of new cables inthe voice-data network, current repairs and accidental repairs.
The duration of the contract is 5 years from the date of its signature by both parties.
Components, systems and low current installations in AIHCB include the following:
-security management system ( SMS).
-access control system.
-video surveillance system.
-fire detection and signaling system.
-fire extinguishing system with Novec 1230 gas.
-smoke and hot gas exhaust installation.
-telephone switchboard.
-telecommunications installations (voice-data).
-system parking.
-sound system.
-time synchronization system.
Conthe general conditions for the provision of services refer mainly to the following:
-the provision of maintenance and total guarantee services.
-ensuring the operation within the nominal parameters of the systems and installations described in the Terms of Reference,
-the provision of repair services
Terms ofwarranty for newly installed equipment for the completion of the repair services received: - minimum 12 months.
The warranty period for the workmanship corresponding to the repair services received - minimum 6 months.
The warranty period for a general repair - minimum 12 months.
