- The contracting authority aims to award a framework agreement (24 months) for "maintenance, specialist support, HelpDesk and development services for the application components of the SIPE, DES and CEAS IT systems", respectively the contracting authority intends to acquireinitiate maintenance, specialist support, Help Desk services related to the application components of the application systems of the CNAS Information Systems, namely: Lot 1-Electronic Prescription (SIPE), Lot 2-Electronic Health Record (DES) and Lot 3- Electronic Insurance Cardand of Health (CEAS).
