- The main purpose is to provide the necessary information to the contracting authority in order to draw up the technical specifications and the estimated value for the purchase of plate-making machines with registration numbers according to the Market Consultation Document, attached in the annex toMarket consultation announcement no. MC1027790 of 13.02.2024, published in SEAP at the internet address: www.e-licitatie.ro, section Announcements - Consultation of the market.
This announcement represents an announcement of intent that is not used as a means of invitation to the competitive bidding procedure.
Authorsthe contracting party intends to purchase machines for making plates with registration numbers that comply with S.R. 13078:2023.
The information received by the contracting authority during the consultation will be used in planning and conducting the future award procedure, conform the provisions of Law 98/2016 on public procurement.
Economic operators will submit technical proposals, as well as financial proposals, according to the Document regarding market consultation attached in the annex to the Announcement regarding market consultation no. MC1027790 of 13.02.2024, published in SEAP at adinternet site: www.e-licitatie.ro, section Announcements - Market consultation.
Proposals regarding the aspects subject to consultation will be submitted in the form of a technical proposal, accompanied by the original product sheets, and the financial proposals will be prepared with maximum 2 (two) decimals... - Documents :
