Description:
Through this notice of participation, a Dynamic Public Procurement System (hereinafter - SAD) is initiated to allow the purchase of materials for the execution of horizontal road signaling works, road markings, on county roads in Cluj county, with the aim of ensuringthe continuity of the horizontal road signaling works (road markings), namely the fact that these markings have a durability period of 6-12 months from application, and the current market conditions are quite unpredictable. The products that are the subject of the purchase are those specified in the notebookthe loads. Estimated value without VAT: 457,585.50 - 813,074.00 lei. Currency: RON Minimum value of subsequent contract: 554.50 lei without VAT Maximum value of subsequent contract: 286,825.50 lei without VAT The contracting authority estimates that it will conclude 4 subsequent contracts. The award procedure willcomply with the rules of the limited tender, which will take place in two stages: Stage I - submission of requests to participate in the SAD; Stage II - submission of offers only by qualified bidders at the end of the first stage. The technical and financial offer will be submitted in STAGE II of the SAD. Having in vedue to the open nature of the SAD, after the launch of the SAD and during its entire validity period, an economic operator can join at any time during the validity of the SAD if it meets the criteria mentioned in the participation notice.
