Description: Open tender procedure for the purchase of "Meat, fish and meat products", divided into 10 lots whose total value is RON 1,669,315.70 excluding VAT. Framework agreements will be concluded with a maximum of three economic operators for each batch of products (operators qualified in the first three places), and subsequent contracts will be concluded for two periods, as follows:
- the first subsequent contract - for the period 1.1-31.3.2021;
- the second subsequent contract - for the period 1.4-31.12.2021.
Each participant in the procedure has the opportunity to submit bids for 1 (one) lot, several or for all lots.
Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested for the entire duration of the framework agreement and of those that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement are set out in the annexes to the specifications. .
