Suspense clause: the procurement procedure will be initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion/signing of the supply contract is conditional, for a period of 2 months from the date of publication of the procedure in SEAP, on the allocation of some amounts by the City HallBucharest Municipality through ASSMB according to the request for budget rectification submitted by address no. 20251/1SCC/25.10.2022, registered at ASSMB with no. 28428/25.10.2022, respectively: if this conditionality is not met, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancelthis purchase in accordance with art. 212 lit. c) from Law no. 98 regarding public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, regardless of the development stage in which it will be. The cancellation decision will not oblige the contracting authority to pay costs to the operatorseconomic participants and/or the economic operator declared the winner.
