FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE
1. The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested in advancesince the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 19 days.
2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, which were addressed within the deadline provided in the participation announcement, on the 11th day before the deadlinel the limit for submission of offers/candidates.
Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications / additional information that were not addressed within the term established in point 1, cited above
