Description:
Supply contract that will be concluded, in principle, for 60 days for the first two batches and 40 days for the third batch. The total estimated value of the procedure is 923,026 lei without VAT.
The participation guarantee is 1% of the estimated value. Number of days until which they can be requestedclarifications before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: it will be on the 6th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 3rd day before the deadline for submission of offers. The award criterion is che best value for money for lot 1, respectively the lowest price for lots 2 and 3. The delivery time offered for lot 1 will remain firm, given that it is part of the factors for awarding the total score for the designation the winning bid. In casel in which, for objective reasons, the term of delivery and receipt of the product exceeds 31.12.2022, payment will be made through the State Treasury according to the provisions of art. 34, 36 of GEO 57/2015, and art. 4 of GEO 33/2022 respectively from the open letter of credit, based on the contract, tax invoice, proreceipt report, commissioning report and training report. All commissions and fees related to payment by letter of credit will be borne by the supplier.
