FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICINES
The need to ensure and adapt the treatment in accordance with the needs of the patients admitted to the "Sf.Maria" Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital in Iasi requires the purchase of the medicines that are the subject of this procedure ("open tender" online intr-o
the only stage (with the conclusion of a framework agreement with five economic operators)).
Since the case history and the evolution of the patients do not allow the exact estimation of the quantities of medicines, but also the allocation of the
financial resources being to some extent variable, it is considered appropriate the conclusion of a aframework for a period of 36 months with five economic operators. The product framework agreement is concluded with each of the five economic operators declared winners (under the conditions in which there are five economic operators). The estimated minimum and maximum quantities can be found in editable format in caddress of the document "Annex of estimated quantities and values.XLS.p7s".
