- Framework supply agreement "Miscellaneous Medicines III" - 99 batches detailed in the specifications and in the batches section. The purchased products are medicines, very well defined by DCi, concentration and form of presentation (tablet, capsule, ampoule, vial, etc.). The assignment will be done by loti, each type of drug, each concentration and form of presentation representing a batch. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the authority againstamount in the notice of participation and the data sheet of the acquisition - Section I.3), respectively the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers specified in the simplified participation announcement. If these deadlines are non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline.
