- The object of the contract is the purchase of a "Mobile Hydraulic Stand". The estimated quantity required is 1 pc. Considering the fact that the main object of the contract is the purchase of "Mobile Hydraulic Stand", the proposed type of contract is a supply contract in accordancewith the provisions of the Annex to H.G. no. 395/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions relating to the awarding of the public procurement contract from Law no. 98/2016.
