- Conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 18 months for the purchase of 2 (two) cpl. of "MOBILE COMMAND POINT" according to Specifications no. 420.789 of 27.02.2023:
The supply for 1(one) complete will be made within 150 days from the conclusion of the subsequent contract, but no lateru of December 15 of the year of concluding the subsequent contract, taking into account the allocation of financial budget funds for the respective budget year.
The minimum quantity for 1(one) subsequent contract will be 1 cpl. According to the Specifications no. 420,789 from 27.02.2023.
The maximum amount for 1 (a) subsequent contract will be 1 complete according to the requirements of the Specifications no. 420.789 of 27.02.2023.
The delivery will be at the headquarters of the contracting authority in the Ring Road no. 24, Magurele, Ilfov county.
Estimated purchase value (for 2 sets): 2,400,000.00 lei (without VAT).
