Description:
The 220/110 kV Calafat station is of particular importance in the area, together with the 220/110 kV Cetate station to which CHE Portile de Fier 2 is connected, the LEA 110 kV Ostrovu Mare Djerdap 2 interconnection line, as well as the power plants of to consumers and zonal distribution through station de 110 kV.
Considering the importance of this station, it turned out to be imperatively necessary to modernize the station at both voltage levels in order to bring it to a technological level that would give it an increased degree of safety.
Taking into account the above and in accordance with the provisionsioned in Section S0, the purpose of this paper is to detail the modernization solutions of the existing 220 kV and 110 kV stations, equipped with conventional outdoor equipment.
The solution presented in this project provides for simultaneous execution at both voltage levelsrequirements for the modernization of the 220/110 kV station, with the preservation of electrical and protective distances from live installations, in accordance with PE 101 and maintaining at least the current level of safety during the modernization.
The work of upgrading the existing stationof 220/110 kV Caulk are aimed at bringing the installations to a level of safety and reliability corresponding to the area from an energy point of view by using the current techniques existing worldwide, which will contribute to increasing the quality of the electric energy transport service...
