Description:
The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract with the purpose of acquiring the service of developing the technical project and execution of works (design execution), necessary to achieve the investment objective "Modernization and energy rehabilitation of the Training Center anderasure/recovery of working capacity Diana-Saturn Mangalia, Constanța county", with financing from the European funds related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan PNRR/2022/C5/2/B.2.2./1, Component 5- Renovation Wave/ Axis 2 - Grant Scheme for energy efficiency in public buildingsice/Operation B.2. - Moderate or in-depth energy renovation of public buildings.
The implementation of the expected investment aims to meet the standards and requirements of the European Union, in conjunction with the worldwide need to reduce conventional energy consumption, reducing the consumption ofe energy and carbon dioxide emissions, reducing utility expenses and implicitly protecting the environment, making the building safe from a seismic point of view, ensuring work spaces and optimizing working conditions for staff, ensuring the conditions otime for training and restoring the work capacity of the staff, etc.
