Description:
Modernization of the command-control-protection-metering system 220 kV, 110kV in the 220/110/20 kV station and medium voltage refurbishment and internal d.c.c.a services in the 220/110/20 kV Ghizdaru station - design and execution.
Deadline until which economic operators interested in access to the procedureof award can request clarifications: up to the 20th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by the operatoreconomic countries until the deadline established above, according to art. 29 paragraph (3) of GD 394/2016, the contracting entity will not comply with requests for clarifications addressed after the deadline established above or requested by another means of communication than that established by the announcementthe tender.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the publication of the tender notice and
- on the 11th calendar day before the deadline de submission of offers.
