- Considering the fact that the Municipality of Satu Mare submitted a request for financing through the "Anghel Saligny" National Investment Program for the design and execution of the modernization of the following streets: Acs Alajos 234 m, Alexandrul Odobescu 440 m, CrΔieselor 203 m, Dara 450 m, Berth 70 m, Fluturilor 199 m, Haiducilor 343 m, Iris 113 m, Mahatma Gandi 418 m, Maria 384 m, Matei Basarab 134 m, Petre Ispirescu 708 m, Poienilor 300 m, Poligonului 709 m, Regele Ferdinand 176 m, Tiberiu Brediceanu 159 m we consider necessary and timely start of the procurement of phase design servicestechnical project and the execution of the works for the above-mentioned objective. The "Anghel Saligny" National Investment Program is the main source of financing for local infrastructure. It is based on the principle according to which a set m must be provided in every locality in the countryheart of public services: health, education, water sewage, heat and electricity, public lighting, transport/roads, sanitation, culture, worship, housing and sports. The municipality of Satu Mare wants to modernize and arrange a lot of 16 streets in the municipality, with a length of 5040m with a platform of streets between 4.00-6.00 m and a road structure consisting of 4 cm wear layer BA16, 6 cm bond layer BAD 22.4, 20 cm base layer of cement stabilized ballast, 30 cm layer ballast foundation.
