Modernization of the water and sewerage infrastructure monitoring system (automation, GIS, loss control - CRM-Portal, analysis laboratory - CRM-Portal) and the realization of a digitalization solutionhas an integrated system composed of the document management module, the CRM module and the financial accounting module in which the main services of the company are included in order to digitize the activity of providing water and sewage services offered by ECOAQUA SA
The integrated software system will be installedwide in the Beneficiary Headquarters, located in the CΔlΔraΘi municipality and will cover the branches located in the territory of the three branches:
