Description:
The evaluation of the CRED project has the role of producing evidence regarding the extent to which this project has contributed to strengthening the implementation process of the curriculum reform focused on skills training in relation to the objectives it proposed. In this sense, the evaluation will followand the implementation process of the CRED project, as well as the results/products obtained within this project. From the perspective of educational policies, the results of this evaluation are important to give ME a realistic picture of the added value of the measures advanced by the CRE projectD from the perspective of implementing the curriculum focused on skills training, with an emphasis on ensuring access to a quality education for children from disadvantaged socio-economic areas.
The external evaluation will be carried out in the final stage of the implementation of the CRED project and will haveconsidering the following objectives:
•evaluation of the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the implemented activities and the results obtained within the CRED project (only those results that are the subject of the evaluation will be taken into account, cf. 2.2 Activities included in the processevaluation) in relation to the proposed objectives;
•evaluating the entire implementation process of the CRED project, identifying the difficulties and internal/external risks that arose during the implementation and formulating conclusions and recommendations based on evidence on the aspects that have...
