- Purchase of "MT separators" according to the technical specifications.
Minimum AC value (Lot 1 Lot 2) = 3,851,306.00 lei; the maximum value of the framework agreement = 14,852,371.00 lei, without VAT.
The minimum value of AC Lot 1 = 2,741,306.00 lei; the maximum value of AC Lot 1 = 11,522,371.00 lei, without VAT.
The minimum value of ACLot 2 = 1,110,000.00 lei; the maximum value of AC Lot 2 = 3,330,000.00 lei, without VAT.
The framework agreement will be concluded at the maximum value estimated for each individual lot.
The value of the largest subsequent contract for each individual lot will not exceed:
Lot 1 - 2,029,952.00 lei without VAT
Lot 2 - 444,000,00 lei without VAT
A Framework Agreement will be concluded between the winning bidder, for each individual lot, and the Contracting Entity DEER SA.
According to the motivations expressed in the documents prepared by the specialized service, the purchase is necessary for the modernization of energy distribution installationsof the electricity grid on the medium and low voltage side and implicitly the increase in the quality of the electricity distribution service of DEER SA
Note: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days (before of the deadlineof submitting offers)
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting offers cf. GEO 107/2017
