Considering the introduction of new molecules in the therapy of patients with cytostatics and the increase of the number of medical indications regarding cancer patients, respectively the fact that the supply of drugs is made according to the number of patients, information that is not known at the moment. initiating a drug procurement procedure, the contracting authority decided that for each lot, the procedure should be completed by concluding a framework agreement with several bidders, maximum number 3, without resumption of competition, for a period of 36 months.
The framework agreement covers the provision of national drug programs.
