Description:
The contracting entity intends to conclude a sectoral contract with the object of the Timișoara - Deta - Denta - Moravița natural gas transport pipeline (including optical fiber and electricity supply to the cathodic protection stations).
The deadline by which the economic operators havethe right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, is the 18th day before the deadline for submission of offers, according to the provisions of art. 173 Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by GEO 107/2017 for the amendment and completion of certain actse regulations with impact in the field of public procurement.
The deadline in which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information according to the provisions of art. 172 para. 2, in conjunction with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016, amended andsupplemented by GEO 107/2017 for the amendment and completion of some normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement, is: the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers
Estimated value: 71,708,269.35 lei without VAT,
•from which the Contracting Entity will make available to the Executanthis materials, machinery and equipment in the amount of 35,322,359.00 lei without VAT.
