- The supply of a quantity of 9,025 MWh of natural gas, over a period of 12 months (01.08.2023 31.07.2024), necessary for the supply of natural gas to thermal power plants, through the following places of consumption: Port Constanța Incinerator, Paraul Rece Refinement Center Brașov county, StadiumConstanța Port, Mangalia Administrative Building, Constanța South Port, Old Port Constanța New Port.
The deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regardingwith DA is 13 days before the deadline for submission of offers. EC sets 2 deadlines in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/info. we supplement, as follows:
-EC will respond as soon as possible on the 20th day before the deadline for submitting offers to all requestsclarifications addressed by the economic operator in the interval from the publication of the participation announcement and until the date on which the term is fulfilled 25 days before the deadline for submitting the offers;
-EC will respond on a 2nd 10th day before the submission deadlinee of the offers for the rest of the requests for clarification addressed 13 days before the deadline for submitting the offers, as well as the answers that should be published at the first deadline indicated above.
